We give advice and referrals on how to obtain ID cards and other benefits veterans are entitled to.  We talk Veterans through the VA system and inform them on what they can expect to see and how long wait times are.  We update houses, bathrooms and kitchens.  We install grab bars, ramps, and other necessary updates in order to have more independence. Volunteer brotherhood to assist veterans through hard times being a meal, place to sleep or even as simple as a conversation.   We provide help with employment, mechanical issues with cars, household issues, fixing sinks, lights, changing lightbulbs. We plan to build rentable houses for income properties and ultimately provide permanent sustainable housing, so Veterans can focus on themselves, gain stability and ability to work or gather benefits and provide necessities for survival and possibly give meaning to their lives once again.  Some nonprofits carry out or focus on one aspect of Veterans challenges today Hand Over Heart strives for the big picture, and overall well-being of all veterans and loved ones.
